Your Skills...

what do you do.....bat? bowl? keep wicket? all-rounder?

here you can let everyone know what part you play in your team, you can say what number you usaully bat, when you come on to bowl...where you feild etc.

i will start you all off....

i bowl offspin, normally bowl alot of overs in the middle of the innings, propably bowl around 10-11 overs average (maximum 12 in my league) normally split over two spells, although i did once bowl twelve overs straight, and even for a spinner thats tyring!!!

i normally bat 8-9 for the mens team, hopefully adding a few runs at the end of the innings....although i did bat at 3 once for U17s....that didnt go well, got bowled for 3!

i usaully feild anywhere from gully to cover to sqaure leg to mid on/off, im a better feilder in the ring than i am on the boundary, because my throw isnt as godd as it could be..

so there you go, thats me, now you have a go..................

Im a bowler but i like to think i can bat, albeit only a bit. For my age group i was in last season U13's i was one of the quickest in our team, and we have a few Chesire players in our team. I normally bowl opener or first change. I have batted any where in the order from opening to number 11. I normally bowl 2 overs up front and then come on for a second one over spell ( the maximum overs is 4). I played for the U15's team on regualar occosians although it was down to them missing players but im glad that i was a reserve.

My School- Open the batting. opened bowling last year aswell.
Club u15- Batted 4 and didn`t bowl much.
Club u17- Only had one game and batted 5.
Mens- Usually bat about 6 depends on what team.

U13s-Open both the batting and the bowling.
U15s-Same as the U13s
2nd Team-Bat number 6-10 and sometimes open the bowling but if i dont i bowl first chenge or 4th

School u15s- Open the Batting, Bowl near the end of the innings
Club U15s- will be opening the batting this season or 3..
Mens 3rds or 4ths- bat lower order.. the older men would only cry if they didnt get to bat ahead of the younger boys lol

started at 7 but worked my way up to 4 and then opened for the last game of the season and got my highest score
so who knows what will happen this season
