LBW's Empty LBW's

Is it just me or does no umpire seem to give LBW's in U13's and 15's cricket i have never had any out LBW desite many appeals and i can only recall one LBW descision given last season, which in all fairness was a shocking descision but have any of you never noticed this while playing?

Will here in N Ireland, most if all youth games are played with un official umpires so not really.Official umpires are usually only required in semi finals and finals.

Ye we normally get given a 'trained umpire' for most matches other wise its down to the parents.

Its usually our coach or someone in our club and for the other team they have one usually their coach.

Ye we have a parent from either side volunteer if the umpire is unavailable.

at the club that i play for we have a qualified umpire, but he is usaully only there for the mens games, when i play junior cricket its usaully our coach that umpires, although is a pretty good umpire too.

Yeh Adam's right over here in Northern Ireland there aren't really that many official umpires so we end up playing with a coach from each team umpiring which has it's ups and it's downs! Thankfully our coach usually umpires first at my end so i've got a few LBW's from him! Very Happy

Got 1 LBW given when I was bowling last year
Got 3 LBWs given against me when batting. All by own players/coaches

Will I don`t really bowl that much, its usually spin or slow shi*e. and I wasgiven out to a spinner against wallace
